Discover the incredible creativity of the Sigma fp L Mirrorless Camera—a high-resolution update to the original fp featuring a new 61MP full-frame sensor, improved autofocus performance, and a versatile feature set perfect for photography and filmmaking applications. Identical in the form of the first fp, this fp L is small enough to disappear into a rig for filmmaking uses or serve as a highly portable option for travel photography. The improved sensor and focusing greatly benefit photography use while also maintaining the same impressive video recording capabilities for a professional cinema workflow. This digital camera can be paired with an optional EVF-11 Electronic Viewfinder, EF-L Mount Converter, or PL-L Mount Converter.

One of the unique features of this Sigma fp L is the crop zoom mode, which allows you to use the high pixel count sensor to digitally zoom in on your subject without losing resolution. Thanks to the new 61MP full-frame BSI CMOS sensor suits high-resolution stills shooting and up to UHD 4K video recording with the 12-bit raw output when recording externally. The BSI design of the sensor achieves low noise and offers a sensitivity range of up to ISO 25600 for working in low-light conditions. The camera also has a dedicated Stills/Cine switch that lets you quickly change between different shooting settings. Plus, it introduces the ability to receive continuous power via USB-C to benefit extended recording times such as when shooting time-lapses, extended clips, or when using the camera as a webcam.

Sigma fp L Mirrorless Camera with EVF-11 Electronic Viewfinder 

Included with the camera body is the EVF-11 Electronic Viewfinder; an auxiliary finder offering bright and clear eye-level monitoring. With its 0.5 inch, approx. 3.68 M dots OLED panel, this high-resolution, high-luminance viewfinder will help users feel more deeply immersed in their photography and make creating photos a more enjoyable experience. It also incorporates 0.83x magnification and a 21mm eyepoint and sports a 90° upward tilting design for comfortable viewing from low working angles. Note: *The EVF-11 and the HU-11 cannot be mounted on the camera together.

Sigma fp L Director's Viewfinder Kit with EF-L Mount Converter

The MC-21 Mount Converter enables the use of Sigma EF-mount lenses on L-mount mirrorless camera bodies and maintains full lens performance including autofocus in AF-S mode and auto-exposure, as well as in-camera correction and image stabilization technologies. An integrated LED can be used to display select Sigma lens compatibility with the adapted camera body, and the adapter also has pre-loaded lens data to support peripheral illumination, chromatic aberration, and distortion corrective functions.

The Sigma MC-31 Mount Converter enables the use of PL-mount cine lenses on L-mount camera bodies. This lens adapter features a reinforced aluminum alloy construction, with brass mounts, for high durability and rigidity to support larger, heavier lenses. A removable tripod support foot also helps to stabilize the camera-lens system and the adapter's design permits removing the screw thread, and releasing the stopper of the locking ring, in order to safely attach PL lenses that require tighter mounting than the M-31's native specifications. The adapter also has shim adjustments on two points of the mount, and an L-mount shim kit is included, for adjusting on either the camera or lens side of the adapter.
