Features:
Advanced Large-Format Sensor with 102MP Resolution
At the heart of the FUJIFILM GFX ETERNA 55 lies a massive 43.8 x 33.9mm CMOS sensor with an effective 102MP resolution, providing cinematographers with one of the tallest sensors available in digital cinema. This large-format sensor delivers an extraordinary field of view, superior depth-of-field control, and remarkable dynamic range—ideal for productions aiming for cinematic visuals that rival IMAX and film-quality capture.
Native 4:3 Aspect Ratio for Maximum Flexibility
Unlike traditional cinema cameras locked into 16:9 or 17:9, the GFX ETERNA 55’s native 4:3 aspect ratio opens creative possibilities for anamorphic shooting and large-format framing. With 1.75x the imaging area of Super 35, filmmakers can push boundaries in composition, storytelling, and immersive visual design.
Multiple Video Formats and Resolutions, Including 8K
The camera supports an impressive range of recording options: 8K up to 30 fps, 6.3K at 24 fps, 5.8K anamorphic, 4K in DCI and UHD, and Full HD up to 60 fps. Whether your project demands ultra-high-resolution 8K mastering or efficient Super 35 workflows, the GFX ETERNA 55 adapts seamlessly.
Professional Internal and External Recording Options
The camera records internally in Apple ProRes 422/HQ/LT, 10-bit HEVC/H.265, or H.264, ensuring maximum quality and efficient editing. For advanced workflows, filmmakers can output 12-bit RAW or 10-bit 4:2:2 uncompressed via HDMI, enabling true cinematic grading and post-production flexibility.
Customizable Frame Guides for On-Set Precision
With custom frame guide creation, cinematographers can tailor aspect ratios (1:1, 3:2, 4:3, 17:9, 2.39:1, and custom settings) directly in the viewfinder. Scaling, line widths, and colors can be adjusted, allowing directors and DPs to pre-visualize multiple delivery formats during shooting without guesswork.
Dual Mount System: FUJIFILM G-Mount and ARRI PL
The GFX ETERNA 55 comes equipped with a native FUJIFILM G-mount supporting autofocus power-zoom lenses with geared rings, plus an ARRI PL mount adapter that integrates industry-standard cinema glass, including Cooke /i lenses with metadata support. This dual mount system gives filmmakers complete lensing freedom.
Built-In Variable Electronic ND Filter
Filmmakers gain precise exposure control with the integrated ND 0.6–2.1 filter, offering 2 to 7 stops in stepless .015 increments. This electronic filter enables smooth adjustments without affecting depth of field or shutter speed, ensuring perfect results in outdoor shoots, bright exteriors, and controlled lighting environments.
Optical Low-Pass Filter for Cleaner Visuals
A first for the GFX series, the optical low-pass filter (OLPF) reduces moiré, aliasing, and color artifacts—particularly critical when shooting against LED walls, digital backdrops, or fine patterns. This ensures more natural results straight out of the camera.
Hot-Swappable Power Options
The internal NP-W235 battery system supports hot-swapping with external V-Mount batteries or DC power input. Productions can run continuously without downtime, making the GFX ETERNA 55 reliable for long shoots and on-location work.
Professional Monitoring and Dual Operator Control
The camera includes dual 3-inch touchscreens (for operator and assistant) with 700 cd/m² brightness, plus an external 5-inch monitor with 2000 cd/m² daylight visibility. This ensures clarity for both technical adjustments and creative framing, no matter the environment.
20 FUJIFILM Film Simulations and Custom 3D LUTs
With access to 20 film simulations—including ETERNA/Cinema, Nostalgic Neg., Velvia, ACROS, and Classic Chrome—filmmakers can achieve in-camera looks that mirror iconic FUJIFILM film stocks. For advanced grading, the GFX ETERNA 55 supports custom 3D LUTs in F-Log2 C, giving productions both creative control and efficiency.
Seamless Connectivity and Remote Workflow Support
Equipped with Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth LE, HDMI, SDI, genlock, USB-C, and 2-pin LEMO outputs, this camera integrates easily into modern production pipelines. Features like Frame.io compatibility and browser-based remote operation for focus, zoom, and iris make collaboration and multi-crew management effortless.
Expanded Audio with TASCAM XLR Compatibility
Beyond its built-in microphone and headphone ports, the GFX ETERNA 55 supports the TASCAM XLR microphone adapter, enabling professional-grade multi-channel audio recording for on-set sound quality that meets cinematic standards.
Rugged, Lightweight, and Production-Ready Design
Weighing just 2 kg (body only), the camera is built with multiple mounting points (1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16), a cold shoe, and accessory threads. With an operating range of -10 to 40°C, it is ready for challenging environments, ensuring durability without sacrificing portability.

It is so nice to see a small family owned shop instead of these big box stores. I generally felt cared about when getting my blackmagic cinema camera. Love the quality of the images and how easy it is to use.

This small business has the best customer service HANDS DOWN!!
Lucas worked with me diligently to help me find a camera that would fit my needs and that would arrive in time for my trip. I take photos, but wanted a smaller, more compact camera to take with me when traveling. He even reached out to other camera experts to make sure he was giving me the best advice for the equipment that would accommodate my needs!
Lucas was patient with me and was in constant contact with the camera supplier to keep me updated on the status of my order and when the items would be ready for shipment. Once my order arrived to the store, it was in my hands in less than 2 days. I would give 10 stars to this business if I could!!
SHOP SMALL! :)
AMAZING SERVICE!
In short: I was able to receive the black colorway below retail and free next day shipping with the promos that they offered for being a new camera web-shop based from AZ.
Long story: Lucas who is prolly the only rep for the company cuz they're so small is the best dude ever. Since i ordered he responded on emails and updates quicker than some of my friends texting me back about where am at on the list as people just kept cancelling their order. I went from 9th place in line to 4th place in line for the silver. And he hit me up saying that they were still waiting on Fuji to send shipping updates and that no company knows what they get on their weekly fuji shipments other than from a 24 hour window of receiving shipping details.
He then noted that there were two black X100Vs available that were reserved to customers who ordered but have not confirmed. I said if they dont confirm please let me know and ill take that instead of the silver. The next day he hits me saying the customer said to cancel and he sent me an invoice. I ordered accessories for the camera on amazon right after and my package for the camera came before my amazon package. Lucas was super nice and transparent about everything. Dope experience from NUZIRA.
Lucas was so incredibly helpful!!! I’ve genuinely never had better customer service. They offered to stay late so I could get my order and were so patient with all my questions. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

NUZIRA MADE MY MONTH!
I was a little concerned when I first came across this small business but I am so so thankful I di! They have the NICESt staff and customer service. I have been on the waitlist for this camera for a few months now so when Lucas called saying they had it back in stock I was so freaking excited! Made my whole month. This camera absolutely lives up to the hype. I love how lightweight it is. I can pop it into any bag and head out the door. the images are crisp, high quality, and stunning. I use film sim and not film sim. The film simulations are nearly identical to real film. I have another fuji camera that does film sim but it can't even be compared to this one. I love my Fujifilm X100v so much! Amazing camera! Thanks you Nuzira!
