How do I return an item?
Please email us at sales@nuzira.com along with your order number and our customer support team will assist you.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on US orders over $150 within the U.S.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Stock items are processed and shipped 1-4 days after your order is placed.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! For international orders, shipping charges might apply. Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. 

Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes!  We offer two day shipping.  If you need it faster let us know. 

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@nuzira.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund. 

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. However, the items must be returned in their original condition.

What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation for your order. To check the status of an order, you may visit the tracking link included in the email.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, changes in your order after it has been submitted are not allowed by our system.

How can I track my package?
Shipping is done through Fedex, UPS, or USPS. Use the tracking number provided on the respective site to track your shipment.

Do you accept returns?
If you want to return an item, contact customer service with your order number, why you wish to return it, and a photo of the item's condition. Our team will get back to you with the next steps.

Can I exchange an item?
You may contact customer service. Please include your order number, the reason for exchange, and a photo of the item's condition. Our team will get back to you with the next steps.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please check your tracking number and contact the carrier. If there are further issues, email us at sales@nuzira.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Please contact customer service immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, Secure checks, and ACH Wires.

Which currency will I be charged in?
Your account will be charged in $$ but will be automatically converted into your currency.

Yes, your payment information is securely processed. We do not store credit card details and ensure that all transactions are protected with the highest level of security.

Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we offer financing options through ShopPay. For more information, please contact us or check out the payment options during checkout.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

How can I check if an item is in stock?
Visit the product page on our website to see the current availability. If an item is out of stock, you can opt to receive notifications when it’s available again.

What does it mean if an item is labeled 'Backorder'?
Items on backorder are currently out of stock but can still be ordered. They will be shipped as soon as they are available. The estimated restocking time is shown on the product page.

How often do you restock items?
We restock items regularly based on demand. Most items are restocked within 2-4 weeks.

What should I do if an item I want has been discontinued?
If an item is discontinued, it won’t be restocked. Please check our website for similar products or contact our customer service for assistance.
