Meike Cinema Full Frame 135mm T2.4 EF Prime Lens – Full-Frame Coverage, Precision Manual Focus, Cine Gearing
The moment you frame a shot, everything changes. The Meike Cinema Full Frame Cinema Prime 135mm T2.4 Lens (EF Mount) is a purpose-built, professional cinema lens designed for filmmakers who want uncompromising image quality, cinematic compression, and total manual control at a price point that makes building a full cine kit realistic, not aspirational. Built to cover full-frame and VistaVision sensors with a generous 45mm image circle, this 135mm cinema prime delivers beautifully isolated subjects, creamy background separation, and a refined cinematic look that instantly elevates interviews, portraits, narrative scenes, commercials, and high-end video productions.
The fast and consistent T2.4 aperture provides excellent low-light performance while maintaining precise light transmission, allowing you to shoot confidently in controlled studio environments or natural light scenarios without sacrificing exposure accuracy. Its advanced optical design 12 elements in 8 groups is engineered to produce sharp, high-contrast imagery with minimal distortion and well-controlled aberrations, while the 17-blade iris creates smooth, rounded bokeh that adds depth and emotional impact to every frame. Designed from the ground up for cinema workflows, this lens features a long ~330° focus throw for ultra-precise focus pulls, paired with industry-standard 0.8 MOD gears on both the focus and aperture rings, ensuring seamless compatibility with follow focus systems, lens motors, and professional rigs.
The fully manual design eliminates electronic inconsistencies, giving cinematographers consistent, repeatable results shot after shot, while dual feet and meter focus markings support international crews and professional set standards. Physically, the lens is optimized for production efficiency with an 82mm filter thread, a cinema-friendly ~85mm front diameter for matte boxes, and a robust all-metal housing that stands up to the demands of real-world shooting. With a minimum focus distance of 1.0m, this 135mm prime allows for tight, dramatic compositions without compromising sharpness, and its Canon EF mount ensures broad compatibility with cinema cameras, DSLRs, and mirrorless systems via adapters. Unlike still-photo lenses that rely on focus-by-wire or variable apertures, the Meike 135mm T2.4 delivers true cinema mechanics, consistent color matching across Meike’s FF prime lineup, and a tactile, confidence-inspiring shooting experience that professionals demand.
If you’re looking to buy a full-frame cinema telephoto lens that delivers cinematic character, professional handling, and exceptional value without the premium-brand price tag, the Meike Cinema 135mm T2.4 is a smart, production-ready investment that pays for itself on set. Buy now and upgrade your cinematic storytelling with a lens built for filmmakers, not compromises.

Features:
Full-Frame & VistaVision Coverage with a 45mm Image Circle
The Meike Cinema Full Frame 135mm T2.4 is engineered to fully cover full-frame and VistaVision sensors thanks to its large 45mm image circle, ensuring zero vignetting and edge-to-edge image integrity. This makes it a future-proof investment for modern cinema cameras while remaining perfectly usable on Super 35 and APS-C bodies in crop mode. Whether shooting high-resolution cinema, interviews, or commercial content, you get maximum sensor utilization with consistent image quality across formats.
True Cinema T-Stop Aperture for Accurate Light Transmission
Unlike photography lenses that rely on f-stops, this lens uses a true T2.4 aperture, meaning the light transmission is accurately measured and consistent. This is critical for professional productions where exposure continuity across multiple lenses and camera setups matters. It allows cinematographers to confidently match shots without unexpected brightness shifts, saving time in post and maintaining visual continuity on set.
135mm Telephoto Compression for Cinematic Subject Isolation
The 135mm focal length delivers powerful telephoto compression that enhances depth perception and isolates subjects beautifully from the background. This makes it ideal for portraits, interviews, emotional close-ups, and narrative storytelling where visual separation and subject emphasis are critical. Faces appear natural and flattering, while backgrounds fall away smoothly for a high-end cinematic look.
Precision Manual Focus with ~330° Long Focus Throw
Designed exclusively for cinema workflows, the lens features an extended ~330° focus rotation, giving operators extremely fine control over focus transitions. This long throw allows for precise, repeatable focus pulls, even at shallow depths of field. It’s especially valuable for dramatic scenes, controlled rack focuses, and professional follow-focus operation where accuracy matters more than speed.
Industry-Standard 0.8 MOD Gearing for Professional Rigs
Both the focus ring and aperture ring are equipped with 0.8 MOD cinema gears, ensuring seamless compatibility with follow focus systems, wireless motors, and professional lens control units. This allows the lens to integrate effortlessly into studio rigs, gimbals, shoulder setups, and production cages without adapters or compromises.
17-Blade Iris for Smooth, Natural Bokeh
The lens incorporates a 17-blade aperture, producing round, smooth bokeh that remains pleasing even when stopped down. This results in softer background highlights, organic depth rendering, and a more emotional visual character—especially noticeable in portrait and narrative shots where background texture plays a role in storytelling.
Optimized Optical Design for High Contrast and Sharpness
Built with 12 optical elements in 8 groups, the lens is designed to deliver sharp, high-contrast imagery while controlling distortion and aberrations. This optical formula ensures clean details, well-defined edges, and a balanced cinematic rendering that holds up in both high-resolution capture and color-graded workflows.
Consistent Mechanical Design for Multi-Lens Sets
The Meike 135mm T2.4 is part of Meike’s Full Frame Cinema Prime lineup, designed with consistent gear placement, handling, and color characteristics. This allows filmmakers to switch lenses quickly without rebalancing rigs or recalibrating focus systems—an essential advantage for fast-moving productions and multi-camera shoots.
Cinema-Friendly Front Diameter and Filter Thread
With an 82mm filter thread and a ~85mm front diameter, the lens works seamlessly with standard matte boxes, clamp-on accessories, and ND filters. This minimizes downtime on set and reduces the need for step-up rings or custom mounting solutions, keeping workflows efficient and professional.
Durable All-Metal Construction for Production Use
The lens features a solid all-metal housing built to withstand the demands of real production environments. It’s designed for repeated rigging, transport, rental use, and long shooting days, making it a dependable tool for professionals who need gear they can trust under pressure.
Manual-Only Design for Absolute Creative Control
With no electronic contacts and no autofocus, the lens delivers a fully mechanical shooting experience. This eliminates focus-by-wire inconsistencies and electronic failures, giving cinematographers direct, tactile control over focus and exposure—exactly how cinema lenses are meant to operate.
Close Focusing for Tight, Emotional Compositions
A minimum focus distance of 1.0m (39.3 inches) allows the lens to capture tight close-ups without sacrificing sharpness. This enables intimate framing, emotional storytelling, and controlled compositions that enhance narrative impact, even with a longer telephoto focal length.
Exceptional Value for Professional Filmmakers
The Meike Cinema Full Frame 135mm T2.4 delivers true cinema mechanics, full-frame coverage, and professional optical performance at a price point far below traditional high-end cinema brands. This makes it an ideal choice for owner-operators, production houses, and filmmakers looking to build or expand a serious cine lens kit without overextending budgets.
- Narrative filmmaking – Ideal for capturing emotional close-ups, dramatic compression, and controlled depth of field in short films, features, and scripted productions.
- Commercial and branded video – Perfect for high-end product shots, lifestyle visuals, and cinematic advertising where subject isolation and image polish matter.

It is so nice to see a small family owned shop instead of these big box stores. I generally felt cared about when getting my blackmagic cinema camera. Love the quality of the images and how easy it is to use.

This small business has the best customer service HANDS DOWN!!
Lucas worked with me diligently to help me find a camera that would fit my needs and that would arrive in time for my trip. I take photos, but wanted a smaller, more compact camera to take with me when traveling. He even reached out to other camera experts to make sure he was giving me the best advice for the equipment that would accommodate my needs!
Lucas was patient with me and was in constant contact with the camera supplier to keep me updated on the status of my order and when the items would be ready for shipment. Once my order arrived to the store, it was in my hands in less than 2 days. I would give 10 stars to this business if I could!!
SHOP SMALL! :)
AMAZING SERVICE!
In short: I was able to receive the black colorway below retail and free next day shipping with the promos that they offered for being a new camera web-shop based from AZ.
Long story: Lucas who is prolly the only rep for the company cuz they're so small is the best dude ever. Since i ordered he responded on emails and updates quicker than some of my friends texting me back about where am at on the list as people just kept cancelling their order. I went from 9th place in line to 4th place in line for the silver. And he hit me up saying that they were still waiting on Fuji to send shipping updates and that no company knows what they get on their weekly fuji shipments other than from a 24 hour window of receiving shipping details.
He then noted that there were two black X100Vs available that were reserved to customers who ordered but have not confirmed. I said if they dont confirm please let me know and ill take that instead of the silver. The next day he hits me saying the customer said to cancel and he sent me an invoice. I ordered accessories for the camera on amazon right after and my package for the camera came before my amazon package. Lucas was super nice and transparent about everything. Dope experience from NUZIRA.
Lucas was so incredibly helpful!!! I’ve genuinely never had better customer service. They offered to stay late so I could get my order and were so patient with all my questions. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

NUZIRA MADE MY MONTH!
I was a little concerned when I first came across this small business but I am so so thankful I di! They have the NICESt staff and customer service. I have been on the waitlist for this camera for a few months now so when Lucas called saying they had it back in stock I was so freaking excited! Made my whole month. This camera absolutely lives up to the hype. I love how lightweight it is. I can pop it into any bag and head out the door. the images are crisp, high quality, and stunning. I use film sim and not film sim. The film simulations are nearly identical to real film. I have another fuji camera that does film sim but it can't even be compared to this one. I love my Fujifilm X100v so much! Amazing camera! Thanks you Nuzira!
