ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt Memory Card – VPG 130, 550MB/s Read & 470MB/s Sustained Write Performance
The ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt Memory Card is built for moments you simply cannot afford to lose. Designed for professional photographers, cinematographers, filmmakers, and content creators who demand dependable high-speed storage, this third-generation CFast 2.0 card combines exceptional transfer performance with the sustained writing power required for data-intensive production. Available in 320GB and 640GB capacities, the ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt delivers read speeds up to 550MB/s, burst write speeds up to 520MB/s, and sustained write speeds up to 470MB/s, giving professionals the speed to capture demanding footage, shoot rapid sequences, and move massive files without unnecessary workflow delays. Its SATA III 6Gb/s interface provides the bandwidth needed for professional camera systems, while an optimized controller developed for professional-grade cameras helps maintain reliable performance during intensive shooting. Whether you're recording 8K, 6K, 4K, or Full HD video, working with high-bitrate RAW or MPEG-4 files, or photographing sports and fast-moving subjects in continuous-burst mode, the Cobalt series gives your camera the high-performance storage it needs to keep up. Choose the 320GB CFast 2.0 Cobalt for substantial professional storage in a compact card or buy the 640GB version when longer recording sessions and fewer card changes are essential.
Professional video requires more than impressive peak speeds, which is why the ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt Memory Card is VPG 130 certified, providing a guaranteed minimum recording rate of 130MB/s under the Video Performance Grade specification. That dependable performance floor is especially valuable when capturing demanding, high-bitrate footage where inconsistent card performance can disrupt an otherwise successful production. The card's combination of up to 520MB/s burst write performance and up to 470MB/s sustained write performance also makes it an excellent choice for photographers who need their camera buffer to clear efficiently during extended bursts. Reliability goes beyond speed, too. Built-in error correction helps detect and correct errors during data writing and transfer, while wear-leveling technology distributes memory usage to support data integrity and longer card life. For professionals who continually fill, offload, format, and reuse their media, the card is also Refresh Pro enabled, allowing compatible ProGrade Digital hardware and Refresh Pro software to monitor card health and refresh card performance. Every card features a laser-etched unique serial number to simplify identification, compatibility verification, and support—particularly useful for production teams managing multiple cards across cameras and shoots.
Made for demanding professional environments, the ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt is both shock proof and X-ray proof, adding valuable protection when cards travel between locations, airports, studios, sets, and field assignments. It operates in temperatures from 0°C to 70°C (32°F to 158°F) and can be stored in environments ranging from -40°C to 100°C (-40°F to 212°F), giving working professionals greater confidence when their equipment is exposed to challenging conditions. Its standard CFast dimensions of 36.4 × 42.8 × 3.6mm maintain compatibility with supported CFast 2.0 equipment, while the three-year warranty provides additional assurance for your investment. Most importantly, the 320GB and 640GB models share the same professional performance specifications, so choosing between them comes down primarily to how much recording capacity your workflow demands—not sacrificing speed to gain more storage. For filmmakers handling high-resolution footage, photographers capturing decisive moments at high frame rates, or production teams looking for dependable reusable media, the Cobalt series brings together 550MB/s read speeds, 520MB/s burst writes, 470MB/s sustained writes, VPG 130 certification, professional durability, card-health monitoring, and high-capacity storage in one purpose-built solution. Buy the ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt Memory Card in 320GB or 640GB today and give your professional camera workflow the speed, capacity, and reliability it deserves.

Features:
VPG 130 Certified for Reliable Professional Video Recording
The ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt Memory Card carries a VPG 130 (Video Performance Guarantee) certification, providing a guaranteed minimum recording rate of 130MB/s under the applicable VPG standard. This is especially important for professional video workflows because peak write speed alone does not indicate how consistently a card can handle continuous recording. VPG 130 gives filmmakers and cinematographers greater confidence when capturing demanding, high-bitrate footage where maintaining consistent write performance is critical to reducing the risk of dropped frames.
Up to 470MB/s Sustained Write Speed for Demanding Workflows
With sustained write performance up to 470MB/s, the CFast 2.0 Cobalt is engineered to handle the continuous stream of data generated by professional cameras. Sustained performance matters during long recording sessions because the card needs to maintain high throughput beyond a short burst of activity. This makes the Cobalt particularly well suited to data-intensive video, RAW capture, and other professional applications where consistent storage performance can be just as important as maximum speed.
Up to 520MB/s Burst Write Speed for High-Speed Photography
The card delivers burst write speeds up to 520MB/s, giving photographers the performance needed for rapid continuous shooting. When capturing sports, wildlife, action, or other unpredictable subjects, a faster card can help the camera move captured data from its buffer to storage more efficiently. This means photographers can concentrate on getting the shot instead of having their workflow unnecessarily restricted by slower storage media.
Up to 550MB/s Read Speed for Faster File Transfers
Professional production does not end when the camera stops recording. With read speeds up to 550MB/s, the ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt helps accelerate the process of transferring large photo and video files from the card to compatible computers, storage systems, and editing workstations. Faster offloads can reduce waiting between shoots, simplify backups, and get footage into post-production sooner—an important advantage when working against tight production deadlines.
Built for 8K, 6K, 4K and Full HD Production
The CFast 2.0 Cobalt is designed for demanding professional capture workflows, including 8K, 6K, 4K, and Full HD video. It is also suited to high-bitrate RAW and MPEG-4 files, making it a versatile storage option for cinematographers and production professionals working with large, data-intensive media. Actual recording capabilities depend on the camera, codec, bitrate, and recording mode, but the card's combination of high sustained performance and VPG 130 certification is specifically aimed at demanding video applications.
SATA III 6Gb/s Interface for High-Bandwidth Performance
At the foundation of its performance is a SATA III interface rated at 6Gb/s. This high-bandwidth connection allows the CFast 2.0 format to support the substantial read and write speeds demanded by professional cameras. For users moving beyond slower storage formats, the SATA-based CFast architecture provides the throughput necessary for high-resolution video, RAW imaging, continuous shooting, and fast media transfers.
Optimized Controller Designed for Professional Cameras
ProGrade Digital uses an optimized controller designed for professional-grade cameras, helping the card deliver the consistent performance required by intensive capture applications. Rather than focusing solely on headline benchmark numbers, the Cobalt series is engineered around professional camera workflows where sustained recording, rapid bursts, and dependable data handling all matter. This makes it particularly relevant for photographers, filmmakers, production crews, and other creators whose memory cards are repeatedly pushed through demanding workloads.
320GB and 640GB Capacities for Different Production Needs
The ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt is available in 320GB and 640GB capacities, allowing professionals to select storage based on their shooting requirements without stepping down in core performance. The 320GB model provides substantial capacity for professional photography and video while making it practical to rotate multiple cards throughout a production. The 640GB model doubles the nominal capacity, making it especially attractive for extended recording sessions, large RAW files, and productions where reducing the frequency of card changes can help maintain momentum.
Same High Performance Across Both Capacities
Choosing the larger capacity does not mean choosing a different performance tier. Both the 320GB and 640GB Cobalt cards offer the same headline specifications: up to 550MB/s read, up to 520MB/s burst write, up to 470MB/s sustained write, and VPG 130 certification. Buyers can therefore select their preferred capacity primarily according to recording requirements and workflow rather than having to compare different speed ratings between the two models.
Error Correction for Greater Data Integrity
Professional footage can be difficult—or impossible—to recreate, making data integrity an essential part of a memory card's value. The CFast 2.0 Cobalt incorporates error-correction technology designed to detect and correct errors during data writes and transfers. This additional layer of data management helps support dependable operation when handling valuable photographs and video files, making the card better suited to professional environments where storage reliability is a priority.
Wear Leveling Designed to Support Longer Card Life
The Cobalt series incorporates wear-leveling technology, which distributes memory usage across the card rather than repeatedly writing to the same areas of flash storage. This helps support data integrity and longer card life, particularly in professional environments where memory cards may repeatedly go through a cycle of recording, offloading, formatting, and recording again. For high-volume creators, this provides an important advantage over storage that is not designed around intensive reusable workflows.
Refresh Pro Support for Card Health Monitoring
A major advantage of ProGrade Digital's professional storage ecosystem is Refresh Pro compatibility. With compatible ProGrade Digital hardware and software, users can monitor the health of supported cards rather than relying solely on guesswork about their condition. This can be particularly useful for professional photographers, cinematographers, rental operations, studios, and production teams that maintain multiple cards and need a more systematic way to manage frequently used media.
Refresh Card Performance Between Productions
Refresh Pro does more than provide card-health information. The supported workflow can also refresh card performance, helping users maintain their media for repeated professional use. For cards that are continuously filled, offloaded, formatted, and returned to cameras, this maintenance capability adds practical long-term value and makes the Cobalt series more than simply a high-speed storage device.
Shock-Proof Construction for Demanding Field Use
Professional memory cards frequently travel between camera bags, sets, locations, editing suites, and storage cases. The ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt is specified as shock proof, helping it withstand the physical demands associated with professional use and transportation. This added durability is valuable for photographers and filmmakers who regularly work outside controlled studio environments and need media designed with field use in mind.
X-Ray Proof for Frequent Travelers
The card is also specified as X-ray proof, an important benefit for photographers and production professionals who frequently travel with their equipment. Camera media often passes through airport security screening along with other production gear, so having a card designed to withstand X-ray exposure provides additional reassurance when transporting valuable captured content between locations.
Wide Operating Temperature Range for Location Work
The CFast 2.0 Cobalt is rated to operate from 0°C to 70°C (32°F to 158°F). This operating range gives professionals greater flexibility when working outside temperature-controlled studios, whether the assignment involves outdoor filmmaking, event coverage, commercial photography, or other location-based production. As with any professional media, the card should still be operated within its published environmental limits.
Extreme Storage Temperature Tolerance
When not in operation, the card has an exceptionally broad specified storage temperature range of -40°C to 100°C (-40°F to 212°F). This adds another level of practicality for professional equipment that may be transported or stored under varying environmental conditions. The wide storage tolerance complements the card's shock-proof and X-ray-proof characteristics to create a more travel-ready professional storage solution.
Laser-Etched Unique Serial Number for Easier Media Management
Every Cobalt card includes a laser-etched unique serial number, providing a permanent identifier that can assist with card management, compatibility verification, and support. This is particularly useful for production houses and professionals who own multiple identical cards. Individual cards can be identified and tracked more easily instead of relying only on removable labels or handwritten markings.
Compact Standard CFast 2.0 Form Factor
Despite its professional performance, the card maintains the compact CFast form factor with dimensions of 36.4 × 42.8 × 3.6mm. This allows the Cobalt to provide substantial storage capacity and high SATA III performance within the established physical dimensions required by compatible CFast 2.0 equipment. Compatibility should always be confirmed with the specific camera or recording device before purchase.
Built for Continuous-Burst Sports and Action Photography
Video is not the Cobalt's only strength. Its up to 520MB/s burst write performance makes it particularly useful for photographers capturing fast-moving subjects with continuous shooting. Sports, wildlife, motorsports, events, and other action-oriented photography can produce large sequences of high-resolution files in seconds. High burst-write performance helps the storage system keep pace with these demanding shooting situations and supports a more responsive professional workflow.
Faster Post-Production and Backup Workflows
The card's up to 550MB/s read performance becomes particularly valuable after a shoot. Large video productions can generate hundreds of gigabytes of footage, while high-resolution RAW photography can quickly fill substantial portions of a card. When paired with sufficiently fast compatible hardware, higher read performance can shorten offload and backup times, helping crews spend less time waiting for media and more time editing, organizing, backing up, or preparing for the next shoot.
Professional Performance Without Choosing Between Speed and Capacity
A key selling point of the Cobalt family is the combination of high capacity, fast peak performance, strong sustained performance, and certified minimum video performance. Buyers are not simply getting a card advertised around one impressive maximum speed. They receive up to 550MB/s read, up to 520MB/s burst write, up to 470MB/s sustained write, and a VPG 130 guaranteed minimum recording rate of 130MB/s, addressing several different aspects of a professional workflow.
Three-Year Warranty for Added Purchase Confidence
The ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt Memory Card is backed by a three-year warranty, adding another layer of assurance for buyers investing in professional storage media. When a memory card becomes a routine part of paid photography or filmmaking work, manufacturer warranty coverage provides meaningful additional value alongside performance, durability, and data-management features.
Purpose-Built for Professional Photographers and Filmmakers
Ultimately, the Cobalt's strongest selling point is how its individual features work together. VPG 130 certification, up to 470MB/s sustained writes, up to 520MB/s burst writes, up to 550MB/s reads, 320GB or 640GB capacities, error correction, wear leveling, Refresh Pro support, shock resistance, X-ray resistance, and professional camera optimization address both capture performance and long-term workflow requirements. Instead of focusing solely on raw speed, the ProGrade Digital CFast 2.0 Cobalt Memory Card provides a more complete professional storage solution for creators who value reliable recording, efficient file transfers, media management, durability, and the confidence to keep shooting when the content matters most.

It is so nice to see a small family owned shop instead of these big box stores. I generally felt cared about when getting my blackmagic cinema camera. Love the quality of the images and how easy it is to use.

This small business has the best customer service HANDS DOWN!!
Lucas worked with me diligently to help me find a camera that would fit my needs and that would arrive in time for my trip. I take photos, but wanted a smaller, more compact camera to take with me when traveling. He even reached out to other camera experts to make sure he was giving me the best advice for the equipment that would accommodate my needs!
Lucas was patient with me and was in constant contact with the camera supplier to keep me updated on the status of my order and when the items would be ready for shipment. Once my order arrived to the store, it was in my hands in less than 2 days. I would give 10 stars to this business if I could!!
SHOP SMALL! :)
AMAZING SERVICE!
In short: I was able to receive the black colorway below retail and free next day shipping with the promos that they offered for being a new camera web-shop based from AZ.
Long story: Lucas who is prolly the only rep for the company cuz they're so small is the best dude ever. Since i ordered he responded on emails and updates quicker than some of my friends texting me back about where am at on the list as people just kept cancelling their order. I went from 9th place in line to 4th place in line for the silver. And he hit me up saying that they were still waiting on Fuji to send shipping updates and that no company knows what they get on their weekly fuji shipments other than from a 24 hour window of receiving shipping details.
He then noted that there were two black X100Vs available that were reserved to customers who ordered but have not confirmed. I said if they dont confirm please let me know and ill take that instead of the silver. The next day he hits me saying the customer said to cancel and he sent me an invoice. I ordered accessories for the camera on amazon right after and my package for the camera came before my amazon package. Lucas was super nice and transparent about everything. Dope experience from NUZIRA.
Lucas was so incredibly helpful!!! I’ve genuinely never had better customer service. They offered to stay late so I could get my order and were so patient with all my questions. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

NUZIRA MADE MY MONTH!
I was a little concerned when I first came across this small business but I am so so thankful I di! They have the NICESt staff and customer service. I have been on the waitlist for this camera for a few months now so when Lucas called saying they had it back in stock I was so freaking excited! Made my whole month. This camera absolutely lives up to the hype. I love how lightweight it is. I can pop it into any bag and head out the door. the images are crisp, high quality, and stunning. I use film sim and not film sim. The film simulations are nearly identical to real film. I have another fuji camera that does film sim but it can't even be compared to this one. I love my Fujifilm X100v so much! Amazing camera! Thanks you Nuzira!
