Reduce the Amount of Light that Hits the Film Inside your Camera using this Tokina Filter!

The Tokina Cinema Formatt Hitech 4x5.65'' Neutral Density Blender 1.2 Filter (4 stops) is a standard dye-based glass neutral density filter. This filter is densest at one edge which corresponds to a reduction of light from entering a lens by three stops and tapers to clear at the other edge and is compatible with filter holders that can accommodate 4mm-thick, 4x5.65" rectangular filters. It is a versatile filter used to balance the luminosity of a bright sky with the terrain below. The constant graduation allows for handheld cinema work where a soft edge grad effect might be seen as the camera moves.

Blender grads are much like soft edge grads however they maintain a graduated ND effect over the entire filter. The filters are made from 4mm thick Schott Superwite glass, and the dyed ND substrate is bonded in the middle to increase scratch resistance. Perfect for modern cinema cameras with robust built-in IR blocking OLPFs including RED, Arri, Canon, Panasonic, and many others! In addition, this filter is available in 4x5.65 and 6.6x6.6 sizes. While ND1.2 will be ND.9 to ND.3 in the most usable portion of the filter, density is measured at the top of the filter. ND1.2 is the most common density.

*Note: Custom densities and sizes are available on request.
